Arborstone Properties offers a variety of housing options from one bedroom apartment to large six bedroom homes in the central U of M campus area.

Each property is professionally managed with 24 hour emergency maintenance service. All units are attractively furnished and most include on-site laundry, heat, water and parking.

Tom Garthwaite, the company's owner, brings over 28 years of experience devoted to obtaining and maintaining quality housing for University of Michigan students. A graduate of U of M Engineering, Tom was one of the original owner/managers of Keystone Properties, a highly respected management company serving the Ann Arbor rental market.

Recently, Tom created Arborstone Properties which maintains the same excellent service and provides even greater access by using the Internet to better serve our residents.
