View all of our properties here. Whether you are looking for just a 1 bedroom apartment or a 6 bedroom home, we have a space that will fit all of your needs! Please keep in mind, we do encourage our residents to renew their lease if they choose. As such, we do follow the city of Ann Arbor’s leasing ordinance.
